[techexplorer-support] trouble with fonts

Hi Sascha,

Thank you for reporting the difficulties you are having with the techexplorer
font set.  It would appear that while the fonts are being installed correctly,
techexplorer itself is not recognizing their presence when it autodetects which
fonts are installed on the client machine.

At this point we do not have a workaround to suggest, but we are investigating
this issue and will let you know when we have more information.
