Hello Bill,

Thank you for your interest in the techexplorer Hypermedia Browser.

The installation program for the Integre version of techexplorer for
the Windows platforms creates an uninstall item on the Start Menu,
available by default as 'Start' -> 'All Programs' -> 'Integre' ->
'techexplorer Hypermedia Browser' -> 'Uninstall'. The uninstall
program may also be accessed through the 'Add or Remove Programs'
dialog under the 'Integre techexplorer Hypermedia Browser' item.

I'm sorry that you are having trouble viewing other sites; is it
possible that you are using an older version of techexplorer?
The versions of techexplorer that retain the IBM trademarks have
now been superceded by later versions being provided by Integre.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

Sincerely,
Sam Dooley
