Hello Sam,

  The MathML standard states in "3.1.3.1 Inferred mrows" subsection
  (http://www.w3.org/TR/MathML2/chapter3.html#presm.reqarg) that

  <mstyle>
  </mstyle>

  is treated as if it were
  
  <mstyle>
    <mrow>
    </mrow>
  </mstyle>

  But techexplorer in IE behavior mode doesn't treat <mstyle> in such
  a way. So I have to insert <mrow> explicitly otherwise my browser IE 6.0
  hangs  up.

  I did not test the rest tags from that section.
