Hello Aleksey,

The techexplorer plugin and ActiveX control contain support for
inferred mrow elements when parsing MathML markup.  The behavior
relies on the generic XML parsing provided by IE, and apparently
does not go back and insert the inferred mrows implied by the
MathML standard.
