[techexplorer-support] Why is Internet Explorer continuously complaining about pop-ups upon opening of a .tex file

Dear TechExplorer support


I installed TechExplorer on this new machine, Windows XP Service Pack 2:

Each time I open a .tex file with Internet Explorer,  IE complains about 
blocking yes or no pop ups, i.e.  it shows
nothing but a 'warning bar' on top of the screen, on which you can click 
and allow the contents to be displayed.

So far, strangely enough, I didn't have this on an other Win XP Service 
Pack 2 machine.

How could I treat this problem and making it disappear.
