Dear Paul,

The techexplorer installation program performs a number of custom actions
in addition to copying the program files, documentation, and examples.

Near the end of the installation, a certificate is imported to verify the
cab file containing the Java libraries used to call ActiveX control methods
from Java. Your description indicates this step was completed successfully.

The next step registers these Java libraries so the Microsoft JVM will treat
them as a trusted library. This step is optional if you are no longer using
the Microsoft JVM.

The install program for WinXP SP2 removes msjava.dll.

While we need to update the techexplorer installation program to avoid the
error message you've reported, the message itself should be harmless.
