Hello,

I developed software for editing mathematical expressions via
web-browsers. It was written on JavaScript and it works with Firefox,
Internet Explorer + MathPlayer and Interner Explorer + Integre
techexplorer (and now I try port it to Internet Explorer +
Formulator plugin). My program uses only techexplorer ActiveX that
  implements IE Behavior technology.

But on techexplorer site I have read
  (http://www.integretechpub.com/techexplorer/license/ :
  ---------
Please note: If you sell a product that requires the use of techexplorer
or the MathML Equation Edtior, you must obtain a Commercial License
Agreement even if you do not actually redistribute either of these
  products.
  ---------

What should I do in order to sell my program and do not break
techexplorer license? How can I obtain the Commercial License
  Agreement?
