Both the techexplorerTM Hypermedia Browser and the MathML Equation Editor are available under a variety of licensing agreements to suit your specific needs.

Individual License

The techexplorer browser plug-in is sponsored freeware. As an individual user, you may download and install, free of charge, one copy of techexplorer for your own personal use. Please see the terms of the End-User License Agreement for more information.

Site License

If you would like to redistribute techexplorer and/or the MathML Equation Editor within your academic, government, or commercial organization, please see the details regarding site licensing, which gives you internal use and redistribution rights for a nominal fee.

Commercial License

A commercial license allows you to redistribute techexplorer and/or the MathML Equation Editor in conjunction with a commercial product under the terms of a Commercial License Agreement. Please note: If you sell a product that requires the use of techexplorer or the MathML Equation Edtior, you must obtain a Commercial License Agreement even if you do not actually redistribute either of these products. Please contact Integre for more information.

OEM License

techexplorer is not just for browsers! Both the techexplorer Hypermedia Browser and the MathML Equation Editor can be used to add MathML editing and rendering support to desktop applications, either as an ActiveX control on Windows or as native C++ code on Windows, Macintosh, and Linux. Please contact Integre if you would like to embed techexplorer functionality in your desktop application.

NSDL License

The National Science Foundation The National Sciences Digital Library techexplorer is sponsored in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Sciences Digital Library under NSF grant DUE 03-33694. If your organization maintains a collection that is part of NSDL, and you would like to use techexplorer to deliver content from your collection, you are entitled to a site license at no charge.
