MathML and TeX markup inside web browsers. The techexplorer Hypermedia
Browser is available for Windows, Linux, and Macintosh platforms.

Integre's MathEX Equation Editor for Java is a complete Java
implementation of the MathML rendering support found in the techexplorer
Hypermedia Browser, and of the MathML editing support found in the
MathML Equation Editor. MathEX can be used as a stand-alone application
for authoring MathML equations, or it can be used to create editable math
expressions inside web pages or web applications. MathEX is available for
Windows, Linux, and Macintosh platforms as a Java stand-alone application
and as a Java applet.
